Wrestlers Protest Vs WFI Chief: Wrestling Federation of India President and BJP MP from Kaiserganj Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh on Sunday announced that he is ready to undergo his narco test. But the MP has also put a condition. He said that wrestlers Bajrang Punia and Vinesh Phogat should also undergo narco test. Brij Bhushan Singh said that he himself could not understand that the children for whom I sacrificed everything to make them successful, today those same children have become toys of politics.

Demand of Sarvkhap Panchayat – Brijbhushan should get narco test done

In support of the wrestlers, a Sarvkhap Panchayat was held in the Jat dominated Rohtak district of Haryana on Sunday. Wrestlers Sakshi Malik and Bajrang Punia also participated in it. Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait said that the committee has decided to hold a candle march at India Gate on May 23 and then a mahapanchayat at the new Parliament on May 28. Sarvkhap said that Brij Bhushan’s narco test should be done, the truth will come out.

Inauguration of the new Parliament House on 28 May

On May 28, PM Modi is going to inaugurate the new Parliament in Delhi. That day is the 140th birth anniversary of Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, popularly known as Veer Savarkar. The khap panchayat said that women from across the country would reach New Delhi that day to show solidarity with the wrestlers.

Wrestlers performing for a month

Top wrestlers including Bajrang Punia, Sakshi Malik and Vinesh Phogat have been protesting at Jantar Mantar for almost a month now. Wrestlers are demanding the sacking of Brij Bhushan from the post of WFI president and his arrest for sexual harassment.
