Prashant Tripathi, New Delhi: Wrestlers met Sports Minister Anurag Thakur on Friday during the demonstration of wrestlers at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar. This meeting lasted for about 5 hours. After this Anurag Thakur held a press conference. During this, wrestlers like Bajrang Punia, Sakshi Malik, Babita Phogat and Vinesh Phogat were present with him. During this, the wrestlers announced to end the strike.

There has also been discussion on what should be the positive aspect in the wrestling association, action will be taken on those who have made allegations.
Oversee committee will be formed
He further said – In this matter, an oversees committee will now be formed. The names of its members will be announced tomorrow. The investigation will be completed in a month. Also, till the investigation is done, Braj Bhushan Singh will stay away from work.
Bajrang Punia said – full faith in the government
At the same time, Bajrang Punia said- Thanks to everyone that they listened to our voice. We are confident that there will be a fair investigation. We are ending the Protest now. We have full faith in the government. After the press conference, there was a relaxed look on the faces of the wrestlers.
