New Delhi: Many wrestlers who won medals for the country have been protesting at Jantar Mantar in Delhi for the last four days. Wrestlers have opened a front against Wrestling Association President Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. Wrestlers have alleged that Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh has sexually harassed several female wrestlers. After sleeping at Jantar Mantar, all the wrestlers practiced on the road itself.

7 women wrestlers have complained against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. These wrestlers are demanding registration of FIR against Brijbhushan Sharan Singh and making public the report of the committee formed to probe the harassment. The wrestlers say that they will remain here until they get justice. This is what they will eat, this is where they will sleep and they will also do their practice. The Supreme Court has also been approached by the wrestlers demanding registration of an FIR against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh in the sexual harassment case.

Support of Khap Panchayats
The Khap Panchayats of Haryana will reach Delhi on April 27 in support of the wrestlers protesting at Jantar Mantar. Bajrang Punia appealed to the Khap Panchayats to cooperate. On April 24, Poonia said, ‘Last time we made a mistake. We are players, we do not know politics. Today we need you, support us. Such big players are on strike. If nothing happens now, it will never happen. Join the fight of our sisters and daughters. This fight is against a Bahubali.
Wrestlers sitting on dharna for the second time
On January 18 this year, 30 wrestlers, including wrestlers Vinesh Phogat, Sakshi Malik and Bajrang Punia, started a sit-in at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar. Saller had a long list of serious allegations like sexual harassment of female wrestlers, indecency, regionalism. Two committees were formed to investigate the allegations. After this the wrestlers called off the protest. On 23rd April they again sat on dharna.
