New Delhi: The excitement of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) is at its peak. In the match played between RCB and UP Warriors on Friday, once again RCB had to face a crushing defeat. RCB scored 138 runs batting first. In response, Warriors opener and captain Alyssa Healy created such a storm that RCB bowlers were blown away. Healy batted in an explosive manner.
Healy created a storm
He hit 18 fours-1 six in 48 balls and scored an unbeaten 96 at a strike rate of more than 204. However, she missed the century by just 4 runs. Had she scored 4 more runs, she would have become the first player to score a century in WPL. At the other end, opener Devika Vaidya also batted brilliantly. He scored 36 runs in 31 balls hitting 5 fours. UP Warriors registered a big win in this match by 10 wickets with 42 balls to spare.
