Manish and Anubrata come face to face
Manish was arrested in the evening after being questioned for about nine and a half hours on Tuesday. The intelligence officers suspect that Manish is trying to hide information. The sources also said that Manish and Anubrata were questioned face-to-face. Earlier, the investigators recorded Anubrata and heard Manish’s statement.
Manish made black money white
The ED alleges that Manish has information about benami properties of Anubrata and his daughter Sukanya. Manish has converted many black assets into white. Ever since being summoned by the ED, there was apprehension that Manish might be arrested. On Wednesday, Anubrata’s daughter Sukanya has been called by the ED to record her statement.
