The restaurant owner inaugurated his new establishment with a cow amid Vedic chants and conch shells. The people present welcomed his move by clapping. Shailendra Singh, the director and manager of the restaurant, has been Deputy SP. He told that this is the first organic restaurant in Lucknow. All types of food will be available here. Everyone will get healthy and affordable food.
That’s why the cow was inaugurated
He said that our agriculture and economy depend on cows. That’s why we inaugurated our restaurant with Gaumata. People now feel that a healthy body should be their first priority. Unfortunately, chemical fertilizers and pesticides are used on the produce you get to eat. I think this will be the first restaurant in India which will have its own production, control and processing. People themselves will be able to feel the difference after eating the food.
