To make tomato chutney, first you have to wash the tomatoes thoroughly. After this, finely chop garlic, green chilies, green coriander to put in it.
Along with this, you also cut the tomatoes into pieces. Then take a pan and add one teaspoon of oil to it and heat it.
Along with this, when the oil becomes hot, add finely chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies and cumin seeds and fry for some time. Also, when you feel that now the masala is crackling, then add chopped tomato pieces to it.
Along with this, add green coriander leaves and salt as per taste. After this, while stirring it, mix all the ingredients together well. After this keep the pan covered and let it cook.

As soon as it starts to cook, add sugar and dry mango powder to it and mix it and keep it to cook for some more time. After this you turn off the gas. Also, if you do not like to eat sweet chutney, do not add sugar to the chutney.
