IPL 2023: Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli fined 100 percent of match fees
Lucknow Super Giants mentor Gautam Gambhir and Royal Challengers Bangalore batsman Virat Kohli have been fined 100 per cent of their match fees. He has been fined 100% of the match fee for breaching the IPL Code of Conduct during a match at the Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium, Lucknow on Monday. Both admitted a Level 2 offense under Article 2.21 of the IPL Code of Conduct.

Punjab: Morinda sacrilege case accused dies in hospital
Punjab’s Morinda sacrilege case accused Jasveer Singh alias Jassi has died. The accused Jasveer Singh was lodged in Mansa’s Tamkot jail and was shifted from Rupnagar to Mansa on April 29.
Doctor Ishaan of Civil Hospital said that the accused Jasveer Singh was shifted to Mansa Civil Hospital. He was admitted to Mansa Civil Hospital by the Jail Department. His condition worsened around 8:30 pm. He complained of chest pain and shortness of breath. Despite our best efforts, we could not save him.

Kerala: Stones pelted at Vande Bharat Express train, coach glass broken
The incident of stone pelting on Vande Bharat Express has come to light in Kerala. It was informed by Southern Railway that stones were pelted on the Vande Bharat Express train between Tirunavaya and Tirur on Monday evening. No one was injured. Odisha: Police nabs four people with fake currency
In Odisha’s Titilagarh, the police have arrested 4 people with fake currency notes. SDPO Ankita Kumbhar told that we have arrested 4 people with fake notes by running a campaign in Naren village. Fake notes worth Rs 10.5 lakh, 4 mobiles and 3 bikes recovered. We are taking further action by registering a case.

Jharkhand: Zonal commander of PLFI arrested with weapons
Sukhram Gudiya alias Rode, the zonal commander of the banned Naxalite organization People’s Liberation Front of India (PLFI), has been arrested with weapons. Khunti SP Aman Kumar told that there was a reward of one lakh on Sukhram. AK-47, bullets, bike and other objectionable material have been recovered.
