New Delhi: Lalu Yadav’s elder son and Bihar’s Forest-Environment Minister Tej Pratap Yadav’s official residence was stolen on the day of Holi. Goods worth Rs 5 lakh have been stolen from Tej Pratap’s official residence at 3 Strand Road. The allegation of theft is on 6 artists including Deepak Kumar who came from Vrindavan.

Tej Pratap Yadav has lodged an FIR on the charges of theft. Mishal Sinha, a close aide of Yadav, lodged an FIR at the Sachivalaya police station on March 10, alleging that folk artistes, who were called to perform during Holi at the minister’s residence, committed theft on March 9 before leaving for Vrindavan .

It is written in the registered case that on the occasion of Holi, Vrindavan’s Deepak and his five companions were called for an art presentation. They stayed at the minister’s residence on the night of March 9. Meanwhile, those people stole goods worth 5 lakhs. The theft was reported on the morning of March 10. Here, the named accused Deepak has termed the allegation as baseless. He had come till Patna Junction in the minister’s car. SHO Bhagirath Prasad told that the matter is being investigated.

Bihar’s Environment Minister Tej Pratap played Holi fiercely at his residence on Wednesday. Tej Pratap appeared in Krishna’s costume. He also played the flute.
