New Delhi: South African batsman Quinton de Kock is creating new records with his batting. De Kock broke the record of Indian batsman KL Rahul in the third T20 match played against West Indies on Tuesday. He has overtaken KL Rahul to become 15th in the list of batsmen who have scored the most runs in T20 Internationals. Although he got out after scoring 21 runs in 21 balls, but before that he had beaten KL.
De Kock is the highest run scorer for South Africa
De Kock now has 2277 runs in 80 T20Is. He left behind KL Rahul’s 2265 runs. KL has scored these runs in 72 matches. Now he has come down one place to become the 16th batsman in the world. While de Kock is up one place to be the 15th batsman. The name of Shakib Al Hasan is now recorded above de Kock, who has 2301 runs in 113 matches. De Kock is also the highest run-scorer for South Africa in T20 Internationals. David Miller is in second place.

Virat Kohli is on top
Indian star Virat Kohli holds the record for most runs in T20 Internationals. He has so far scored 4008 runs in 115 matches. The second position is also occupied by the Indian batsman. Rohit Sharma has scored 3853 runs in 148 matches. Talking about the match, the West Indies team came out to bat first and scored a big score of 220 runs losing 8 wickets in 20 overs. West Indies wicketkeeper Nicholas Pooran scored 41 off 19 balls and Romario Shepherd, who landed at number nine, hit an unbeaten 44 off 22 balls to take his team to a big score.
