New Delhi: New talent is emerging in Test cricket. One such talent came to the fore in the second Test match being played between South Africa and West Indies. On the second day of the second Test, 22-year-old South African bowler Gerald Coetzee did wonders. He bowled brilliantly in the first innings, taking three wickets for 41 runs in 14 overs.

Right-arm fast bowler Coetzee sent West Indies batsman Ramon Reifer to the pavilion for 15, Jermaine Blackwood for 6 and Kemar Roach for 13 runs. By the end of the second day’s play, South Africa’s team has taken a lead of 73 runs by scoring 4 runs. Kagiso Rabada took 2 wickets, Simone Harmer took 2 wickets along with Vian Mulder and Keshav Maharaj took one wicket each.
