In return, Vladimir Putin will give grain to North Korea. This unique deal has been claimed by America’s National Security spokesman John Kirby.
John Kirby said that dozens of types of arms and ammunition are being sent to Russia from North Korea. It was said from the US side that these weapons are being used by Russia in the ongoing war against Ukraine. Kirby said Thursday that North Korea wanted to secure food supplies in return, Yonhap news agency reported.

Kirby also claimed that the North Korean arms deal was being arranged through an arms dealer in Slovakia. The arms dealer has been identified as Ashot Maktyrchev. Kirby said that North Korea has supplied Russia with a large amount of ammunition and weapons through the end of 2022.
A National Security spokesman said that Russia is seeking to send a delegation to North Korea and that Russia is offering North Korea food in exchange for war. Kirby said that giving arms or ammunition to Russia would violate several UN Security Council resolutions.
