New Delhi: Team India’s most successful captain MS Dhoni turned 42 on Friday. Millions of wishes were received on Dhoni’s birthday, but some of them were special. One of these was also of Team India’s star bowler Ravichandran Ashwin. Though Ashwin wished a little late, but he stole the show with his tweet.

Ashwin jokingly further wrote – This disclaimer was for all gossipers and storytellers. Funny comments have come out on this tweet of Ashwin. Users say that Ashwin was forced to wish MS Dhoni through social media.
Ashwin had said – Dhoni was different
Ashwin proved to be extremely successful under the captaincy of MS Dhoni. He took 109 wickets in 40 innings of 22 matches in Tests. Talking about ODIs, under the captaincy of Dhoni, he took 105 wickets in 78 matches. While he took 49 wickets in 42 T20 matches. Dhoni and Ashwin’s friendship is well known. Recently, after being denied a chance in the WTC final, Ashwin had said in an interview that Dhoni was a different kind of captain.
Ashwin spoke on the importance of instilling a ‘sense of security’ in the player’s mind. He said- ‘I sympathize with the fans, but no player changes overnight. Many of us talk about the leadership of MS Dhoni. He kept things very simple. I played under Mahi’s captaincy for many years. He used to select a team of 15. Then those same 15 were given a chance in the next squad as well. He used to play the same playing eleven throughout the year. The feeling of security is very important for a player.
