Punjab Gas Leak: The incident of gas leak has come to light in Giaspura area of Ludhiana, Punjab. Nine people have died in the incident while 11 people have been admitted to the hospital in critical condition. After the information of the incident, the local administration and the medical team have reached the spot.
The police who reached the spot say that the area has been cordoned off after the incident. He said a rescue team has been called to the spot. A team of doctors and ambulance has also been called.

gas leaked near grocery store
Police officers present on the spot told that this gas leaked near a grocery store. He told that the area of 200 to 300 meters has been evacuated and the NDRF team has been called on the spot. Along with this, a team of doctors has also been called.
On the other hand, SDM Ludhiana West Swati present at the spot told that definitely it is a case of gas leak. NDRF team is present at the spot to evacuate people and will carry out rescue operations. In this incident 9 people died and 11 are sick.

NDRF personnel reached the spot
NDRF personnel rushed to the spot in Ludhiana’s Giaspura area following information about the gas leak. The local people narrating their tragedy told that it was a poisonous gas leak… At least eight people have died. Three bodies have turned blue… it is poisonous. You won’t be able to breathe.”
Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann expressed grief
Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann has expressed grief over the gas leak incident in Ludhiana. The CM said, “Police, administration and NDRF teams are present at the spot. All possible help is being provided to the affected.
