PM Modi will then travel to Washington DC, where he will be formally welcomed at the White House on June 22. During this, PM Modi will meet President Biden. The invitation letter from President Biden and his wife lauded PM Modi’s last historic address 7 years ago, which helped strengthen ties between the two countries. In its message, the White House emphasized that this is an opportunity to reaffirm the deep and close alliance between the two countries. PM Modi expressed his thanks for the privilege and said he looked forward to addressing the joint session.

On June 23, US Vice President Kamala Harris and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will jointly host a luncheon for PM Modi. It is being told that the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF), a business advocacy group headed by Mukesh Aghi, will host ‘We the People: Celebrating the US-India Partnership’ in Washington DC on Friday, June 23, 2023. After this, PM will go to Cairo for a state visit to Egypt from 24-25 June.
