PM Modi USA-Egypt Visit: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on a visit to America and Egypt from 20 to 25 June. The PMO gave this information on Friday. According to the PMO, PM Modi will be on an official state visit to the US at the invitation of US President Joseph Biden and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden.
PM Modi’s visit will begin in New York, where the PM will lead the International Day of Yoga celebrations at the United Nations Headquarters on June 21. PM Modi will then travel to Washington DC, where he will be formally welcomed at the White House on June 22 and will meet US President Biden to continue the high-level dialogue. President Biden and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden will host a State Dinner in the Prime Minister’s honor that evening.

PM Modi to address joint meeting of US Congress on June 22
According to the Prime Minister’s Office, Prime Minister Modi will address a joint meeting of the US Congress on June 22 at the invitation of Congress leaders, including Speaker of the House of Representatives Kevin McCarthy and Senate President Charles Schumer.
On June 23, PM Modi will be jointly hosted for a luncheon by US Vice President Kamala Harris and US Secretary of State Antony Bilken. PM’s flagship program is a series of curated interactions with CEOs, professionals and other stakeholders. He will also meet members of the Indian diaspora.
PM Modi to visit Egypt on June 24 and 25
PM Modi will later travel to Cairo to pay a state visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt from 24-25 June 2023. The visit is at the invitation of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi. This will be the Prime Minister’s first visit to Egypt.
