PM Modi International Award: Prime Minister Narendra Modi was on Sunday awarded the ‘Order of the Nile’ by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi. The ‘Order of the Nile’ is Egypt’s highest state honour.
It has been told that this honor has been given to CM Modi before the bilateral meeting of both the countries. If media reports are to be believed, PM Modi has received this 13th international award after assuming office in the year 2014.

December 2021: Order of the Druk Gyalpo: Bhutan has conferred its highest civilian honour, the Order of the Druk Gyalpo, on PM Modi.
2020: The Legion of Merit (a United States Armed Forces award for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services and achievements) is awarded by the US government.
2019: King Hamad Order of the Renaissance (this Bahrain (Muslim country) Order – First Class is a top honor from the Gulf country)
