PM Modi France Visit: Today (Friday) is the second day of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to France. PM Modi will watch the Bastille Day parade today at around 1:30 pm (Indian time). During this, PM Modi will also meet the Indian contingent involved in the parade along with French President Emmanuel Macron. Three aircraft of the Indian Air Force will also take part in the flypast after the Bastille Day celebrations.
Let us inform that Prime Minister Modi has been invited by French President Macron as the chief guest at the Bastille Day parade. At around 4:30 pm Indian time, PM Modi will attend a lunch hosted by Browne-Pivet, President of the National Assembly. After this, PM will meet various thinkers at around 6:15 pm Indian time.
At around 8:30 pm IST, Prime Minister Modi will attend a ceremonial reception at the Elysee Palace, followed by delegation-level talks and a press conference. The PM will participate in the India-France CEO Forum at around 10:30 pm Indian time. After this, PM Modi will go to the Louvre Museum at midnight IST, where he will attend dinner. After this, PM Modi and President Macron will watch fireworks at the Eiffel Tower.
Today, at around 1:30 PM IST, PM Narendra Modi will witness the Bastille Day Parade and also meet with Indian contingent along with French President Emmanuel Macron.

PM Modi addressed Indians on the first day
Earlier, PM Modi while addressing the Indian community in Paris on the first day of his visit said that India is the ‘Mother of Democracy’ and India is also a ‘Model of Diversity’. This is our great strength as well as strength. He said that India’s thousands of years old history, India’s experience, the scope of India’s efforts for world welfare is huge.
He said that be it climate change, global supply chain, terrorism, extremism, India’s experience in dealing with every challenge, India’s efforts are proving helpful to the world.
PM Modi mentioned Chandrayaan-3 mission
Addressing Indians in France, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that right now when I am talking to you, the echo of reverse counting for the launch of Chandrayaan-3 is being heard in India. This historic launch is going to take place from Sriharikota in India a few hours later.
Referring to the relations between India and France, he said that the connect between the people of the two countries and the mutual trust between the people of the two countries is the strongest base of this partnership. Namaste France festival is held here and people in India enjoy Bonsu India.
He said that the last time I came to France, it was decided that Indian students studying in France would be given a 2-year post study work visa. Now it has also been decided that Indian doing Masters in France will be given Long Term Post Study Work Visa of 5 years.
Let the French National Day, or Bastille Day, hold a special place in the French consciousness. The day commemorates the storming of the Bastille prison in 1789 during the French Revolution. The Bastille Day Parade is the main attraction of the Bastille Day celebrations.
