Pakistan News: 50 terrorists attacked the oil and gas plant of a private company located on the Afghanistan border in Pakistan. During this there was a lot of firing. Mortars were also fired. Six people, including four security forces personnel, were killed in the attack. This whole matter is related to Hangu district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Irfan Khan said that late on Monday night, the terrorists started firing indiscriminately on the security personnel deployed at MOL Pakistan Oil and Gas Company’s Manji Khel plant. The soldiers fought the terrorists for two hours. Four soldiers of the Frontier Constabulary and two of the security company were killed in the attack. The terrorists managed to escape by taking advantage of the darkness of the night. The bodies of the jawans have been kept at the Combined Military Hospital.

According to the information, 50 terrorists attacked the gas plant. Who targeted two wells M-8 and M-10. The security guards of M-8 foiled the attack by the terrorists. But the security personnel on the M-10 were killed. The terrorists also damaged a solar power plant at a gas power plant in North Waziristan.

TTP held responsible

SP Asif Bahadur said that the terrorists were armed with light and heavy weapons and fired mortar shells. Thereby killing six security personnel at the main entrance of the site. Asif blamed the terrorist organization Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) for the attack. However, no group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack. He said the attackers came from the nearby North Waziristan district, which borders Afghanistan and has historically been a hotbed of insurgency.
