Toshakhana Case: Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan got a big relief from the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday. The High Court has quashed the Toshakhana case registered against him. Along with this, he has also got bail in this case. After this decision of the court, Imran Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has declared its victory.
Islamabad’s Chief Justice Aamer Farooq had reserved the decision while hearing a petition filed by former Prime Minister Imran Khan against the trial court’s decision. The Chief Justice had reserved judgment on June 23 saying he would look into the matter after Eid-ul-Azha.
