New Covid-19 Protocol: Due to Kovid-19, there was an outcry in the whole world. After facing the brunt of Covid for almost three years, the condition of many countries has not improved yet. Though it affected all the sectors (job-business), but tourism and tourism-related sectors were hit the most. Now the Central Government has issued new guidelines for international tourists.

According to ANI, the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has issued new COVID-19 guidelines for international travelers coming to India. Under the new rules, some relaxations have been given in the earlier rules. It is stated that the requirements for RT-PCR based testing of the sudden 2% subgroup of international travelers arriving in India have now been removed.

Increase in vaccination in the world

It is reported that the Union Health Ministry has taken this decision keeping in view the current situation of COVID-19 and the growing achievements of COVID-19 vaccination across the world. Therefore, in the context of COVID-19, the guidelines issued earlier for international travelers have been further simplified.

New rules will be applicable from this day

According to the Union Ministry, these instructions will come into effect from 00.00 hours (IST) on 20 July 2023. However, the earlier advisories issued by airlines as well as international passengers to follow precautionary measures in the context of COVID-19 will continue to be applicable.
