Khalistan Protest: Khalistani supporters once again reached outside the Indian Embassy on Wednesday after the attack on Sunday in San Francisco. Khalistani supporters who reached here in the number of more than 200 had flags in their hands. During this, the San Francisco Police was present outside the Indian Embassy in view of the apprehension of any untoward incident. The protesters included turbaned men of all ages who raised pro-Khalistan slogans.
The protesters used mikes to deliver anti-India speeches in both English and Punjabi languages and targeted the Punjab Police for alleged human rights violations. A representative of news agency ANI also attacked the Indian media when they tried to talk to the protesters, accusing them of being backed by Pakistan’s spy agency ISI.

Khalistani supporters attacked the embassy on March 19

After the attack, the Indian Ministry of External Affairs had expressed displeasure with the US government over the incident.

White House spokesperson condemned the incident
Meanwhile, White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby has said that the vandalism at the Indian Consulate in San Francisco is absolutely unacceptable and the US condemns it. The State Department’s Diplomatic Security Service is working with local authorities to properly investigate.
