Karnataka: Ahead of the assembly elections, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has suffered a setback in Karnataka. Party leader Bhaskar Rao joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday. Please tell that Bhaskar Rao is the former commissioner of Bengaluru. In a press conference after joining BJP, Bhaskar Rao said that I will make sure that I help the BJP party to strengthen its roots.
Bhaskar Rao said that BJP has always been a party known for nationalism and I would like to be a part of their journey. Let us tell you that on February 28, the former IPS officer had held talks with State Revenue Minister R Ashok and met Tamil Nadu BJP President K Annamalai and the party’s co-in-charge for Karnataka elections and Union Minister Pralhad Joshi.

Rao said – two ministers of AAP are in jail, it is shameful
After joining BJP, Bhaskar Rao said that they (AAP party) do not want to do development. They say something and do something. It is shameful that 2 of his ministers are in jail. He also said that I have joined the Bharatiya Janata Party as a worker.
Bhaskar Rao joined AAP in April 2022
Bhaskar Rao had joined AAP in April last year and was recently appointed as the chairman of the party’s manifesto committee. He was one of the prominent faces of the Aam Aadmi Party in Karnataka.
