IndiGo: Airline company Indigo has placed an order for 500 Airbus A320 family aircraft. After this Indigo has become the largest aircraft deal company. Recently, Air India, owned by the Tata group, signed a deal to buy 470 aircraft, which was the biggest deal ever. Now Indigo has broken this record.
It was told by the airline company that Indigo has placed an order for 500 Airbus aircraft. The order will provide stability to the airline with deliveries between 2030 and 2035. This 500 aircraft order is not only IndiGo’s largest order, but also the largest single aircraft purchase by any airline with Airbus so far.

Approval to buy aircraft worth $ 50 billion
According to reports, the IndiGo board has approved the purchase of aircraft worth $50 billion. Indigo has more than 60 per cent share of the domestic market. IndiGo has currently added flights to 75 International cities. Indigo has done the biggest deal to capture the market.
IndiGo chief Peter Albers said it is difficult to overstate the significance of IndiGo’s new historic order for 500 Airbus A320 Family aircraft. An order book of around 1000 aircraft over the next decade enables IndiGo to fulfill its mission of promoting social cohesion and economic growth.
