Indian Stabbed In UK: Two days after a 27-year-old Indian woman was murdered in the United Kingdom, another Indian-origin man was stabbed to death in London. The deceased has been identified as 38-year-old Arvind Sasikumar. Please tell that on June 14, a 27-year-old girl from Hyderabad, studying in the UK, was stabbed to death at her home.

The 27-year-old Hyderabad girl was identified as Tejaswini Koontham. Arvind Sasikumar was stabbed to death on Friday, two days after Tejaswini’s murder. Arvind died on the spot at 1.31 am on Friday, police said in a statement.

Knife accused sent to judicial custody

According to media reports, the accused of stabbing Arvind has been identified as 25-year-old Salman Salim. On Saturday, Salim was accused of killing Arvind. The police arrested the accused Salim and produced him in the Croydon Magistrate Court, after which the court sent the accused to judicial custody till June 20.

The Evening Standard newspaper said a post-mortem carried out on Friday confirmed Arvind Sasikumar died of a stab wound to the chest. Harriet Harman, MP for Camberwell and Peckham, described the incident as horrific. Also expressed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
