IND vs OFF: The third match of the four-match Test series being played between India and Australia is going to be played in Indore. Before this match, the Australian team is constantly getting setbacks and most of the players of their team are returning home. In this episode, after team veterans David Warner and Josh Hazlewood, now spinner Ashton Agar has also returned to play domestic cricket. Please tell that Agar has not played a single match in this series so far and he is returning without playing a match.
Ashton Egger out because of this
When Australia announced its team, it included four spinners. Nathan Lyon, Mitchell Swepson, Todd Murphy and Ashton Agar were part of the Test squad for the four matches. Ashton Agar and Mitchell Swepson, however, did not get a chance, while Todd Murphy and Matthew Kuhnmann made their debuts. In these four, Swepson has already returned to Australia due to the birth of his child, while Ashton Agar, who did not get a chance in two matches, is also going to return. Agar is fully fit and will be available to play in WA’s next Sheffield Shield game on 2 March and the 50-over Marsh Cup final that WA will host on 8 March.
Till Tuesday, 8 days before the Indore Test, half of Australia’s team has returned home. Matt Renshaw and Lance Morris have also returned to Australia along with David Warner, Pat Cummins and Josh Hazlewood. At the same time, there is still doubt about whether captain Pat Cummins will be able to return before the match or not.
