IND vs AUS 3rd Test: The third match of the four-match Test series being played between India and Australia is being played at the Holkar Stadium in Indore from today. After winning the toss in this match, the Indian team decided to bat. At the same time, the Australian team started putting pressure on Team India as soon as they came bowling first and sent more than half of the Indian team towards the pavilion. For India, Virat Kohli tried to manage the innings, however, he also dodged Todd Murphy’s ball and was dismissed for the second time in this series.
Murphy once again hunted Virat Kohli
In the Border Gavaskar series being played between India and Australia, Virat Kohli has got good starts in every match but he has not been able to carry them forward. The same happened in the third Test match being played in Indore. When the Indian team was in trouble, Kohli took the responsibility of taking the innings forward and played brilliant shots, but in the same effort, he once again became the victim of Todd Murphy.
In fact, during the Indian innings, young bowler Todd Murphy came to bowl the 22nd over. He started troubling Kohli from the very beginning. To put pressure on Murphy, Kohli wanted to sweep him on the fourth ball but Murphy understood it and bowled a forward ball which hit Kohli’s leg as soon as it hit, leaving him lbw. Kohli also took the review after this but he got disappointed in that too.
