Imran Khan Non Bailable Warrant: The difficulties of former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan do not seem to be reducing. Once again the sword of arrest is hanging over him. On Wednesday, an Islamabad court issued a non-bailable warrant against Imran Khan.
Actually, Imran had demanded exemption from hearing. His petition was rejected by Civil Judge Malik Aman. The court has also directed Imran Khan to appear on April 18.
On March 24, the court converted the non-bailable warrant into a bailable warrant. After this, he was supposed to appear on Wednesday, March 29, but did not reach the court.
The lawyer said – threat to Imran’s life and property
During the hearing, Imran’s counsel argued that the bailable warrant issued against PTI chief Khan should be upheld. They are in danger of life and property. The Islamabad High Court has also issued a notice to withdraw security from him.

Prosecution objected
On this plea, the judge said that no one has appeared on behalf of the prosecution so far. His argument is also important. The hearing resumed after lunch. Prosecutor Raja Rizwan Abbasi appeared in the court and opposed Imran’s plea. Raja Rizwan said that Imran Khan is absent and the bailable warrant should be converted into a non-bailable warrant.
Further, the prosecutor said that even the petition of Imran Khan did not have his signature. After completion of the arguments of both the parties on the petition, the court pronounced its verdict.
female judge was threatened
This whole matter is related to a speech of Imran Khan last year. In which he allegedly threatened police and woman judge Jeba after his close aide Shahbaz Gill was denied bail in a sedition case. In this case, Imran Khan can be disqualified for at least 5 years.
Imran Khan’s government fell in April last year. He could not present the vote of confidence in the House. At present the PM of Pakistan is Shahbaz Sharif.
