IIM Sambalpur: IIM Sambalpur has created a record of achieving 100% placement. The institute has recently achieved 100% placement for its MBA batch (2021-2023) with the highest package of Rs.64.61 Lakhs per annum (Domestic) and Rs.64.15 Lakhs per annum (International). IIM Sambalpur, established in 2015 by the Government of India, has made a continuous effort to create future leaders with entrepreneurship.

The average salary is Rs 16.64 Lakhs per annum and the average salary for MBA batch 2021-2023 is Rs 16 Lakhs per annum. However, the average salary for female students is Rs 18.25 lakh per annum. The average salary for the top 10 students of the batch is Rs 31.69 lakh per annum. Major recruiters include Microsoft, Vedanta, Tolaram, Amul, Adani, EY, Accenture, Cognizant, Deloitte and Amazon etc.
