PM Modi In UAE: PM Narendra Modi reached the United Arab Emirates (UAE) after his two-day visit to France. He was warmly received by President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan at Qasr Al-Watan, the presidential palace in Abu Dhabi. During this, the President of UAE tied a friendship band on PM Modi’s wrist. PM Modi said that I am happy to come to Abu Dhabi and meet you. I thank you for the warm welcome extended to you. Every Indian sees you as a true friend.

Will soon achieve the target of $ 100 billion business
The Prime Minister said India-UAE bilateral trade has grown by 20 percent, the two countries have achieved $85 billion trade and will soon achieve the target of $100 billion. Earlier, on reaching Rashtrapati Bhavan Qasr-al-Watan, Modi was given a ceremonial welcome. The PM thanked the President of UAE for the welcome. PM Modi said that the respect you gave me, a brother meeting his brother, there is no proof of intimacy.

COP-28 summit invitation accepted
Modi said that we (India-UAE) signed historic agreements within three months which would not have been possible without your cooperation and commitment. He added that he would attend the COP-28 summit in the UAE in November-December this year on the issue of climate change.
Officials of India and UAE exchanged several MoUs in the presence of PM Modi and Al Nahyan. The PM said that we are taking new initiatives to strengthen our partnership. Today’s agreement on a trade agreement in the currencies of the two countries reflects our strong economic cooperation and trust.
Before meeting the UAE President, PM Modi met Sultan Al Jaber, President-elect of the United Nations Climate Conference. According to the Ministry of External Affairs, Jaber briefed the PM about the upcoming COP-28. The Prime Minister has assured India’s full support for the Middle East country’s presidency of COP-28.
