Twitter Big Update: Elon Musk, CEO of microblogging platform Twitter, is going to make a big change once again. On Monday, Musk announced that only users with verified accounts would be able to vote in Twitter polls. If your Twitter account is not verified, then you will not be able to vote in Twitter polls.
Elon Musk said that only verified Twitter account users will be able to do poll voting from April 15. He said that from April 15, only verified account users will get the benefit of ‘For You Recommendations’ feature. Musk said that this is the only way to stop AI bots growing very fast.

Starting April 15th, only verified accounts will be eligible to be in For You recommendations.
The is the only realistic way to address advanced AI bot swarms taking over. It is otherwise a hopeless losing battle.
Voting in polls will require verification for same reason.

Blue tick will be removed from the accounts of such people from April 1
