New York: Former US President Donald Trump may surrender porn star Stormy Daniels in court today in a payment case. Earlier, the former President had reached New York on Monday itself via a private plane. Today former President Trump will appear in a Manhattan court.
Although Donald Trump has denied the allegations against him regarding the payment of money to Stormy Daniels, Trump says that he did not make any wrong payment.
According to news agency Reuters, former US President Donald Trump will stay at the Trump Tower on Manhattan’s 5th Avenue. Donald Trump is the first former US President to face criminal trial. Before the former President reaches the Trump Tower, the security arrangements there have been chalked out.
In the initial proceedings of the trial, the court will read the allegations against Trump. Although the court hearing is expected to be very short, after the appearance Trump can fly to Florida, where he has his own resort.

The biggest allegation against Trump is that of paying porn stars, President Trump’s then lawyer Michael Kohne paid a whopping $13 million to Daniels in October 2016, just a month before the US election.
Michael had placed a condition in front of the porn star that she should not make public the matter of her affair with Trump. The limit was reached when Trump showed this payment as legal fees paid to lawyer Cohen and added it to government business.
