- Sisodia was instrumental in securing the L1 license to a company called Indospirits. Investigation revealed that Sisodia had personally cleared the file of Indo Spirit from the Excise Department.
- Sisodia used phones bought by others and SIM cards that were not in his name, so that he could later use it as a cover. Even his phone is not in his name.
- ED’s counsel told during the hearing that former Deputy CM Sisodia had bought SIM cards and mobile phones in the name of other people.
On Friday morning, the court ordered Sisodia to be produced by 2 pm. After 3 days of questioning, ED arrested Sisodia late evening on 9th March. After this, the investigating agency sought his 10-day custody from the court.
