Congress Plenary Session: Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said on the last day of the 85 Congress convention that the party is planning to take out Bharat Jodo Yatra from Arunachal Pradesh to Gujarat. Jairam Ramesh said that the party is considering Bharat Jodo Yatra Part-2. No decision has been taken on this yet. Discussions are still going on within the party in this matter.
Let us inform that the party had taken out Bharat Jodo Yatra from Kanyakumari to Srinagar. The yatra started from Kanyakumari on 7 September 2022 and passed through 12 states. Which ended on 30 January in Jammu and Kashmir. The Yatra had covered a distance of about 4,000 kms during four and a half months.

he learned a lot from the trip
Earlier, while addressing the 85th session of the party in Raipur, Rahul Gandhi said that he learned a lot from the recently concluded Bharat Jodo Yatra. He said that during the visit he met people from different walks of life. Rahul Gandhi said that wherever he reached he felt like home.

Rahul said – It’s been 52 years, I don’t have a house
He said- I was young, it was in 1977. The election came, I did not know anything about it. There was a strange atmosphere in the house. I asked my mother what happened mummy. Mother says we are leaving the house. Till then I used to think that the house was ours. I asked mother why we are leaving the house. For the first time mother told me that this is not our house.
This is government house. Now we have to leave from here. When I asked where to go, she says that she does not know where to go. I was surprised. I thought that was our house. It’s been 52 years since I don’t have a house.
Traitors who attacked Adani
I showed a photo in Parliament, in which Modi is sitting in a plane with Adani. I asked what is the relationship. The entire government, all the ministers got involved in saving Adani. The one who attacked Adani became a traitor and Adani became a patriot.
BJP and Sangh are protecting that person. The question is why are you protecting? These shell companies, which are sending thousands of crores of rupees to India, to whom do they belong? Whose money is in this? Why is the investigation not happening? Why JPC is not being formed?
No decision yet on PM candidature
On the question asked about Rahul Gandhi’s candidature for the post of PM in 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Pawan Kheda said that no concrete decision has been taken on whether Rahul Gandhi will be the prime ministerial candidate of UPA in 2024 or not. He said the party would expedite forging alliances with like-minded parties after the convention.
