New Delhi: Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu on Thursday met Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra for the first time in Delhi after coming out of jail. During this, Sidhu described Rahul Gandhi as his guru and Priyanka as his friend, philosopher and guide. It also said that its commitment to Punjab and its leaders would ‘neither budge nor move back an inch’.
Cricketer-turned-politician Navjot Singh Sidhu walked out of Patiala Central Jail on April 1 after serving 10 months in a three-decade-old road rage case.
Sidhu has also shared the picture of the meeting on Twitter. He wrote that today in New Delhi he met his guru Rahul ji and friend, philosopher, guide Priyanka ji.

Sidhu targeted the Bhagwant Mann government
Taking a dig at the Punjab government, Sidhu said that you can put me in jail, you can intimidate me. may block all my financial accounts, but my commitment to Punjab and my leaders will neither budge nor move back an inch.
Meets Musewala’s parents after his release
Soon after his release, Sidhu met the family of Punjabi singer Sidhu Musewala. He targeted Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann over the law and order situation in the state and also claimed that his security has been cut.
Referring to Moosewala, Sidhu said that whatever happened to him, is happening to another Sidhu today, but I don’t care. On reducing the security, he said that now there are 13 security personnel with me, why? I want to say that I am not afraid of death.
