Chur Chur Paratha: Try this recipe to make Hotel Style Chur Chur Paratha

Chur Chur Paratha: Whenever we go to eat at a hotel, we always order Chur Chur Parathas. It is very easy to make and it is very easy to eat. Most people order these parathas from outside. Ingredients needed to make parathas

– 1 boiled and mashed potato
– 1 small finely chopped onion
– 25 grams coriander leaves
– 1 inch grated ginger
– ¼ tsp red chili powder
– 1 tsp chaat masala
– 1 finely chopped green chili
– ¼ tsp black pepper powder

– 80 grams mashed cottage cheese
2½ cups / 320 grams flour
– ¼ cup rice flour
– 1 tablespoon ghee
4 tbsp ghee for paratha
– Water
– Dough for Parthan
– salt to taste

Paratha Recipe

To make Chur Chur Paratha, mix flour, rice flour and salt, a tablespoon of ghee in a large vessel.
Now knead the dough by adding water to it, keeping in mind that the kneaded dough should not be too soft or too hard. Knead the dough and keep it on the rest for 20 minutes.
Now prepare the mixture for stuffing in the paratha, for this in a bowl add mashed paneer, spices and boiled potatoes, chopped onions, grated ginger, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, chaat masala, black pepper powder and Add salt as per taste and mix well.
After that, once you mash the flour well. Then break a big ball and roll it a little by applying a spatula.

Now apply ghee well in it, then holding it from one side, start making a half inch fold, like a paper fan is made.
Now move it round from one corner to the other corner, then press it gently and give it the shape of a small well.
Now put the mixture in it and close it well. Then roll it round in the shape of roti.
Now heat the griddle on medium flame and put the paratha on it.
When light bubbles start appearing in the paratha, flip it over.
After this, apply ghee well on both sides, and roast the paratha by pressing it well.
By doing this, your chur chur parathas will be crispy and will cook evenly.
Prepare all the parathas in the same way. And serve them with hot paneer curry or dal makhani.
