Chhattisgarh Naxal Attack: In Chhattisgarh, Naxalites have made a big attack on DRG jawans. In this, 11 soldiers including the driver were martyred. The matter is of Dantewada. As per information, an IED attack took place on a vehicle carrying DRG (District Reserve Guard) personnel near Aranpur in Dantewada district. The IED was planted by the Naxalites. CM Bhupesh Baghel has called a high level meeting.
It is being told that the news of the movement of Naxalites was received in Aranpur area of Dantewada. On this information, the DRG group from Dantewada had reached Aranpur for anti-Naxal operations. Everyone was returning after the search operation, when the IED exploded on the way. The explosion was so strong that the DRG’s vehicle was blown away. The entire area has been sealed after the blast.
Chhattisgarh Home Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu said that information about the presence of Maoists had been received. DRG jawans were sent to the spot. When they were returning after the search, an IED attack took place, in which 10 DRG personnel and a driver lost their lives. Additional force has been sent on the spot.

What is DRG?
The full form of DRG is District Reserve Guard. In Hindi it is called District Reserve Guard. These special jawans of Chhattisgarh Police are included in this. DRG has been formed to fight Naxalites. This includes many big Naxalites who surrendered, who have achieved many big successes against the Naxalites. DRG is the biggest enemy for Naxalites.
