– 8 white bread slices
Khoya 350 grams
– 1 tsp cardamom powder
– a little saffron
– finely chopped cashews
– a little raisins
– 4 chopped pistachios
– 50 grams grated coconut
– 150 ml milk
2 cups sugar (as per taste)
– Ghee

Bread Malpua Recipe

To make Bread Malpua, first take 600 ml of water in a pan and add a cup of sugar to it.
Now prepare it by making a string syrup. When the Kashni is ready, add cardamom powder and saffron to it and mix well.
Now prepare the stuffing by mixing khoya, coconut, pistachios, cashews, raisins, cardamom powder and sugar in a bowl.
Cut the sides of all the bread and keep the middle part aside.
Mix 150 ml milk and 150 ml water in another bowl, and separate the bread slices one by one by dipping them in the milk-water mixture and pressing them with the help of the palm.
Keep in mind that the bread should not break.
Now put 2 tbsp stuffing in the middle of the bread, and close the edges well, then make it in a flattened circular shape.

Put ghee in a pan and heat it on medium heat, when the ghee is well heated, put bread malpua one by one in the pan and fry till it turns golden brown on both the sides.
Now heat the sugar syrup lightly. Then put the fried Malpua in it and dip it well.
