On reaching Budhana Tehsil, Nawazuddin signed these documents and left for Delhi after sitting in the car. It has come to the fore that Nawazuddin has given the power of attorney for his share in the ancestral property in the name of one of his brothers. At the same time, a will was also made for the property in the names of the three brothers.

Advocate Prashant Sharma told that Nawazuddin has given the power of attorney of all his ancestral property in the name of his brother advocate Almasuddin. In the second document he has bequeathed his property. According to the will, as long as he is alive, he will have the right to his share in the property.
