Following a complaint by Ramesh Kumar, the Satellite Police Station registered an FIR against journalist Asmal Baloch under sections 295A and 153A of the Pakistan Penal Code. Explain that under section 295A, there is a provision to punish those culprits who intentionally try to spread disharmony. Under this section, there is a provision of punishment up to 10 years.
According to media reports, the accused Pakistani journalist had written in his post shared on Facebook and WhatsApp, “Captain Shri Ram Park Wale.” Seeing the post of the journalist, the people of the Hindu community expressed their protest. At the same time, Provincial Minister for Minority Affairs Gyanchand Israni, after talking to the Inspector General of Sindh, appealed for action against the journalist.
Detained Pakistani journalist apologizes

Regarding the registration of the case and the arrest after the complaint, journalist Aslam Baloch has claimed that he did not post the controversial post for which action has been taken against him. He said that he simply shared the social media post.
