BJP Mission 2023: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday appointed new state presidents in Delhi, Rajasthan, Bihar and Odisha. A letter has been issued by BJP’s national general secretary Arun Singh for the new state presidents for all the four states. This step of the BJP central leadership is being considered as part of the preparations for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections (BJP Mission 2023). CP Joshi in Rajasthan and Virendra Sachdeva in Delhi have got the command of BJP.
He will be the state president of BJP in these states
According to the information, letters have been issued by BJP National General Secretary Arun Singh for the appointment of new BJP state presidents in Delhi, Rajasthan, Bihar and Odisha. According to the letter, CP Joshi will now be the state president of the BJP in Rajasthan, while the command of the Delhi state BJP has been handed over to Virendra Sachdeva.
Manmohan Samal has been made the party state president of Odisha. On the other hand, Samrat Chaudhary will be the state president of BJP in Bihar. According to the letter issued by the BJP, all the appointments have been implemented with immediate effect.

The term of former state president of Bihar Sanjay Jaiswal was over. On the other hand, it is being considered as a step taken by the central leadership of BJP to help a particular class in Bihar. That’s why the party has staked claim on Samrat Chowdhary.
CP Joshi in place of Satish Punia in Rajasthan
In Rajasthan, the BJP has handed over the command of the state to CP Joshi. Joshi is the BJP MP from Chittorgarh in Rajasthan. Till now Satish Punia was the state president of Rajasthan BJP. The name of CP Joshi has been announced by the BJP National President on 23 March i.e. today. It has been said in the media report that there was a demand for the removal of Vasundhara Raje camp MLA Satish Punia for a long time.
Virendra Sachdeva will take over as state president in Delhi
In Delhi, Virendra Sachdeva has been posted as BJP state president. Prior to this, Adesh Gupta was on the post of Delhi BJP State President. In the Delhi MCD elections, the party had to face defeat in the area of former Delhi state president. Not only this, it has been said in a report that the BJP was also defeated in the seat where Adesh Gupta lives. In view of all this, the party high command has changed the state president.

Manmohan Samal will be BJP state president in Odisha
In Orissa, the central leadership of the party has appointed Manmohan Samal as the state president. Before this, the command of Odisha BJP was in the hands of Sameer Mohanty. It has been told that in view of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, BJP has given posting to Manmohan. A media report states that Manmohan has also been an MLA from the state’s Dhamnagar assembly. Along with this, he has also held the post of minister in the BJD and BJP coalition government.
