In which he is abusing some people by taunting cigarette in his mouth and pistol in his hand.

That’s why Shaligram came in front and started abusing and also started fighting.
People say that Shaligram was intoxicated during that time. He entered the house and beat up the baraatis as well. People said that the main dispute started over dancing.
The police had registered a case under these sections
In this regard, the Bamitha police had registered a case against Shaligram Garg under IPC sections 294, 323, 506, 427 and SC/ST Act.

Pandit Dhirendra Shastri had issued a statement after the case was registered. He said that just now the subject of Shaligram ji has come to our notice through social media.
See we are not with the wrong. The law should investigate it with fairness and transparency. Every subject should not be linked to us. We are engaged in the service of Sanatan, Hindutva and Balaji in our path. So please don’t link every subject with us. There is a constitution in this country. He will pay as he does.
