Atiq Ahmed-Ashraf murder case: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the murder case of mafia Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf on Saturday reached the hotel where the three attackers were staying. SIT has recovered two mobiles from room number 203. But it doesn’t have a sim. The SIT has taken into possession the list, ID and entry book of all the guests who came from the hotel between April 1 and April 15. Also got DVR.

It is being told that the numbers of many people are saved in the mobile. There is a possibility that mobile and other evidence will help the SIT in the investigation. Call details are being investigated.

Attackers used to do Reiki of Atiq-Ashraf with e-rickshaw

According to police sources, shooters Lavlesh Tiwari, Sumit alias Sunny Singh and Arun Maurya had told during interrogation after surrender that they had spent the night at bus stands and stations. However, when he was taken on remand and strictly questioned, all broke down. He told that he had taken a room in Hotel Stay Inn, located between the railway station and Khuldabad police station. Before the murder, they had thrown their respective SIM out of the mobile. A person had also asked for a bike, but if he did not get it, he used to do Reiki of Atiq-Ashraf with an e-rickshaw.

The attackers had taken the room on April 13

Prayagraj hotel employee Mohit Srivastava told that the three attackers stayed in room number 203. They also gave their respective IDs. The police had come to raid. Whatever record she got, she took it with her. The attackers had come to stay at the hotel on 13 April.

On April 15, three attackers shot

Ateeq and his brother, both in police custody in connection with the Umesh Pal murder case, were shot from close range by three men posing as journalists last Saturday night. He was being taken to a medical college in Prayagraj for routine medical check-up when the incident happened. The killers have been detained and identified as Arun Maurya, Lavlesh Tiwari and Sunny.
