2024 Loksabha Election: Less than 9 months are left for the Lok Sabha elections to be held. The BJP and the opposition have started preparing for this. On Friday, Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar gave an important formula to the opposition to defeat the BJP. He said that the opposition needs to forge unity on the basis of a common minimum program against the BJP.
Pawar also said that he would persuade all opposition parties to forge unity on the basis of a common minimum program to give an alternative to the Narendra Modi government at the Centre.
He interacted with local journalists while attending the party camp at Amalner. Unfortunately, we were under the impression that BJP has a major share in the government formed in the state. But because of the advertising that happened, our knowledge increased. BJP’s contribution is not much in this but other elements are contributing… pic.twitter.com/4RIuu3g4bi

Most of the states rejected the BJP
Speaking to reporters in Mumbai, opposition veteran Sharad Pawar said that the BJP has been rejected in most of the states where it was ruling. Because BJP toppled elected governments to grab power. If people have rejected BJP at the state level, then their (citizens’) outlook will not be any different at the national level.
It’s time to be an alternative to BJP
NCP Chief Sharad Pawar said that he will keep his vote in the meeting of opposition parties to be held in Bihar’s Patna on June 23. All the non-BJP parties need to sit together and think of building an opposition unity on a common ground. Former Union Minister Sharad Pawar said that the BJP made tall promises, raised the expectations of the people, but did nothing. It’s time to give a choice.
BJP’s B team told BRS
On Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao-led Bharat Rashtra Samithi making inroads in Maharashtra, Pawar said the Congress-NCP alliance would face defeat in the 2019 elections due to the presence of Prakash Ambedkar’s Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi (VBA). Had to do Even though all parties have the right to increase their base in any state, it remains to be seen whether the BRS (BJP) is the B team?
In fact, Rao had opened a party office in Nagpur on Thursday and said that the BRS would expand its base in Maharashtra to fight the upcoming elections on its own.
