4 garlic cloves
2 cups fresh curd
4-5 green chilies
one teaspoon mustard
5-6 curry leaves
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
1 teaspoon red chili

Chutney Recipe

To make the chutney, first peel the garlic and wash the green chilies.
Now put garlic, green chillies and curd in a mixer jar and grind them
After this heat the oil in a pan.
When the oil becomes hot, put a spoonful of mustard seeds in it, and temper it, add curry leaves along with it.
After this, pour this prepared tempering over the chutney.
Finally add salt and red chili as per taste.
Take curd and garlic chutney is ready.

4 garlic cloves
3-4 dry red chilies
2 tbsp oil
1 cup curd
1 inch ginger
2 tomatoes
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil

Chutney Recipe

First of all, peel the garlic, and after washing the tomatoes and ginger, cut them into small pieces.
After this, soak dry red chillies in water and keep it aside.
Now heat 2 spoons of oil in a pan.
Fry garlic, ginger and tomato in this hot oil and cook well.
When this mixture cools down, grind it, and add salt as per taste.
When the chutney cools down, add 1 cup curd to it.
Now mix all these things well.
Your tasty garlic and curd chutney is ready.
