Ingredients needed to make Buckwheat Flour Dosa
Three boiled potatoes to make potato filling
Desi ghee as needed
rock salt as needed
black pepper powder half teaspoon
250 grams Buckwheat flour

How to make Buckwheat Flour Dosa
To make Buckwheat Dosa, first prepare the potato filling.
For this, mash the boiled potatoes well.
Now put one spoon of ghee in a pan and heat it.
After this put mashed potatoes in it, put black pepper, rock salt in the dough.
Now add grated ginger to it and fry the spices well.
When it turns brown, turn off the gas and keep it to cool.
Your dosa potato filling is ready. Now prepare for making dosa batter and dosa.
For this, first mash the colocasia in a bowl.
Now add buckwheat flour and rock salt to it, and prepare a slurry by adding some water.
Now add celery, black pepper powder, ginger and green chilies to it.
Now make a smooth batter by adding water as required.
Now after this, spread the batter with the help of a bowl or ladle.
After this, let it cook for some time and pour some more ghee on the edges so that the dosa becomes crispy.
After this, turn it over to cook on the other side.
Now place potato filling in the center and fold the dosa.
