Rice – 1 cup
Onion – 1 small bowl
Green chili – 2
Water – 2 cups
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
salt – to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
Easy method of making rice flour cheela
It is very easy to make rice cheela which can be eaten for breakfast or as an evening snack.
But to make them, preparation has to be done at night itself.
To make rice cheela, you have to prepare it at night itself.
First clean the rice with water, and soak it in water overnight.
Now drain the water in the morning and put the rice in the mixer and grind it well.
Now put the paste in a bowl, and add 2 cups of lukewarm water to it and mix it well.
Now finely chop onion, green chili, coriander leaves.
Add them to the flour solution and mix.
Add some vegetables as per your choice to the chilla.
Now add salt as per taste.
Keep in mind that the solution should not be diluted too much.
Now put a pan on the gas and put oil in it.
When the oil becomes hot, put rice flour solution in it and spread it.
Now turn it from both the sides and roast it till it turns golden brown.
After this, cover it and cook it on medium flame for a minute.
Your soft and tasty rice flour cheela is ready.
