Ingredients needed to make Kulfi
Bread slices – 3
Rose petals – 2 tbsp
Pistachios – 3 tbsp
Almonds – 3 tbsp
Cashew nuts – 3 table spoons
Watermelon seeds – 1 tbsp
Cardamom – 12
Fennel – 1 tbsp
Saffron – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – as needed
Milk – 2 cups
Easy way to make Kulfi
To make Kulfi, first cut the bread slices into pieces.
Now put the pieces of bread slices in the mixer, along with rose leaves, pistachios, cashews and almonds.
After this, put everything including watermelon seeds, cardamom, fennel in the jar.
After this add 2 cups of milk in the jar and grind everything well.
After grinding for about 3 minutes, check whether all the ingredients have been ground well or not.
When a nice smooth paste of all the ingredients is ready, put it in a wide bowl.
After this, turn on the gas and cook this paste for 3-4 minutes. During this keep stirring it continuously.
When the paste becomes thick, turn off the gas, and let it cool slightly.
After this put the paste in the kulfi mould, and also put rose petals on top.
Now keep the kulfi mold in the fridge for 6 to 8 hours.
