Ingredients required to make Semolina Roll

Semolina – 1 cup
Flour – 2 tbsp
Ginger – 1 piece
Curd – 1/2 cup
salt – to taste
Water – half cup
Chili flakes – 1 tbsp
Green chili – 2-3 chopped
Curry leaves – 5-6
coriander leaves – chopped

How to make Tasty Semolina Rolls

Semolina rolls are very easy to make.
To make them, first pulse the flour and semolina in a mixer.
After this add ginger, salt, curd and water to it.
Now prepare them in the mixer as a paste.
When this mixture is ready, take it out in a bowl.
Then add one tablespoon chili flakes, finely chopped green chilies, chopped curry leaves, and coriander leaves.
Mix the paste well.
Now pour water in a pan and keep it for boiling.
When it starts boiling well, place a plate on it which is greased with oil.

Now put a tablespoon of mixture on that plate and spread it well.
Now cover this plate with a lid, so that the steam can be applied properly.
Check after about 5 minutes with the help of a stick. If the mixture is sticking, let it cook for some more time.
When it is cooked, take it out in a clean plate.
Similarly, make rolls out of all the mixture and prepare them.
Now cut them in long shape with the help of a knife. And make their rolls.
