Washed urad dal – 300 grams
Raisins – 20 – 30
a small bowl of khoya
2 tbsp cashews, finely chopped
2 tbsp almonds, finely chopped
Curd whipped – 6 cups
chilli powder
salt to taste
Roasted Cumin Powder
sweet sauce
tamarind sour chutney
How to make Shahi Dahi Bhalle
First of all, leave the lentils soaked overnight.
Wash that soaked dal well in the morning and grind it.
Now mix khoya, almonds, cashews, raisins in a bowl and mix.
Now mix this mixture in the batter of lentils.
Now whisk this mixture well, keep in mind that whisk in only one direction.
Put oil in a pan to heat.
Now prepare curd bhalle in round shape from this prepared mixture.
Till the oil becomes hot, then fry curd bhalle in it.
Fry them till golden brown from all the sides.
Now take them out in a plate and then leave them soaked in lukewarm water for 10 minutes.
